But who is Evan Iliadis?
We are not really sure because that is not his real name. He is not French as he claims. He is Greek and after getting in trouble in Greece ran off and joined the French Foreign Legion. Unfit to serve in active duty he was assigned to kitchen duties while he served and it was there he assumed the name Even Iliadis. It was also there he contracted Hep C after a homosexual relationship and was discharged.
